How 247Streamer pricing works

21 Jun 2026 4 min read
Simple pricing, no surprises
$0.72 for 24 hours of
non-stop broadcasting.
That's $0.0005 per minute. That's the whole model.

We thought a lot about how to price 247Streamer and landed on the simplest thing that's actually fair: you pay only for the minutes you're live. Add credit to your account, and every minute a stream is broadcasting subtracts $0.0005 from your balance. Run a stream around the clock and that works out to $0.72 a day (1,440 minutes), or about $21.60 a month non-stop.

There are no tiers, no seat fees, and no monthly subscription. You top up credit when you want and stream as long as you like.

How your credit is used

Credit is only spent while a broadcast is actually live. The moment you stop a stream, the meter stops too. You won't lose unused credit — leave it sitting for months and it's exactly where you left it when you come back.

Billing is by the minute, so a short test costs cents, not a full day. And there's no overage, ever: when your balance reaches $0, the stream simply pauses on its own.

Running more than one stream

Manage several Steam store pages? Each active broadcast bills independently. Two streams live at once cost two times the rate; five streams, five times. It's the same simple per-minute math, multiplied by however many titles you're broadcasting in parallel.

Compare it to running OBS yourself

OBS Studio is free to download, but broadcasting yourself means a computer running flat-out for the whole event. Take a typical Steam Next Fest at 7 days (168 hours), with electricity at $0.20/kWh:

247Streamer
168 hours live$5.04
Your PC & power$0.00
Total$5.04
OBS on your machine
PC power (50.4 kWh)$10.08
Network hardware$1.01
Total$11.09

Rough estimate assuming ~0.3 kWh/hour for the PC and 0.03 kWh/hour for network gear. Your numbers will vary, but the shape doesn't.

So 247Streamer comes in at less than half the cost — and that's before you count what you get back:

Setup in under a minute — no encoder config to babysit.
Runs in our datacenter, so no energy bills or network outages on your end.
Control it from anywhere, even your phone, while your own PC stays off.
Friendly support by email when you need a hand.

Minimum top-up

Because every payment carries a fixed processing fee plus a percentage, the smallest top-up is $5 — roughly 6.9 days of non-stop broadcasting. You can always add more whenever you like.

Refunds

Closing your account? We'll refund your remaining credit, no questions asked. A heads-up: thanks to rounding and payment-processor fees, the refunded amount may not mirror your balance to the cent, and we can only process a refund when the remaining credit is worth at least $5.

Try it before you spend a cent

Create an account, paste your Steam token, and put a video live. Add credit only when you're ready to keep it running.
