247Streamer ("we", "us") runs an automated service that loops your pre-recorded video to your Steam store page as a 24/7 live broadcast. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have over it.
We keep collection to what the service actually needs to run your broadcasts and your account:
We use your information only to operate, secure, and improve 247Streamer:
Your RTMP token is the key to your broadcast, so we treat it that way. It is encrypted at rest, used only to push your streams, and never shown back to you in plain text. We never ask for or store your Steam password.
Uploaded video is stored so we can loop it 24/7. You can replace or delete it from your dashboard at any time.
Credit purchases are processed by a third-party payment provider. They handle your card data under their own security standards; we receive only confirmation of payment and the resulting credit balance. Streams cost $0.72/day while live, billed by the minute, and stop automatically when your balance reaches zero.
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage and improve the product. We do not use advertising trackers.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the providers that make the service work:
We keep account data while your account is open and for as long as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations. Broadcast logs are retained for a limited period for reliability and support. Delete your account and we remove your token, uploaded video, and personal data, except records we are required to keep.
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Most of this is available directly in your dashboard; for anything else, email us and we will help. You may also object to or restrict certain processing, depending on where you live.
247Streamer is built and operated with infrastructure that may process data in the EU and other regions. Wherever it is handled, we apply the same protections described in this policy.
If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in your dashboard. Continued use of 247Streamer after a change means you accept the updated policy.
