These terms govern your use of 247Streamer, the service that loops your pre-recorded video to your Steam store page as a 24/7 live broadcast. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy. For a plain-English breakdown of billing, see our pricing guide.
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using 247Streamer, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of a studio or company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
247Streamer takes a video you upload, transcodes it to Steam’s broadcast specification, and loops it as a live RTMP broadcast to your Steam store page around the clock. We run the stream from our infrastructure and automatically restart it if it drops. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Eligibility & Steam requirements
To broadcast to a store page you must have a Steam account with the necessary Broadcast Live permission that owns the game in question, and you must comply with Steam’s and Valve’s own terms and policies. You are responsible for maintaining your Steamworks access and for generating your own RTMP token.
Your account
You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
Acceptable use
You agree to use 247Streamer lawfully and only to broadcast content you are entitled to. You must not:
▪
Upload or broadcast content you do not own or have the rights to use.
▪
Broadcast anything illegal, infringing, or in breach of Steam’s content rules.
▪
Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
▪
Use the service to harass others or to misrepresent your identity or your game.
Your content & token
You keep ownership of the video you upload. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, transcode, and broadcast it on your behalf while your stream is active. You are solely responsible for the content you broadcast.
Your RTMP token is stored encrypted and used only to deliver your streams. You must not share tokens that are not yours, and you remain responsible for streams sent using your account.
Credit, billing & payment
247Streamer is prepaid and credit-based. Broadcasting costs $0.0005 per minute while a stream is live (about $0.72 per day of continuous streaming), billed by the minute. Each active stream is billed separately.
When your credit reaches zero, active streams pause automatically; there is no overage charge. A minimum top-up amount may apply because of payment-processing fees. Refunds of remaining credit are handled as described on our pricing guide and may be subject to a minimum balance and processing-fee adjustments.
Service availability
We work hard to keep streams running 24/7 and to restart them automatically after any interruption, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Broadcasts also depend on Steam’s own systems and on factors outside our control. We may carry out maintenance that temporarily affects the service.
Steam & third parties
247Streamer is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation. "Steam" is a trademark of Valve Corporation. Your use of Steam Store Broadcasts is also governed by Valve’s terms, and we are not responsible for Steam outages, policy changes, or decisions about your broadcast.
Suspension & termination
You can stop using 247Streamer and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, misuse the service, or where required by law. On termination we will handle any remaining credit in line with our refund approach.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 247Streamer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount of credit you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of 247Streamer after a change means you accept the updated terms.
